This short post expose one of the most common issues in rent-a-bicycle such as Bizi in Zaragoza or Bicing in Barcelona; find a bicycle in the rush hour: working time at 8 am and lunch time at 1pm, as well as founding empty place at 6pm when everybody comes home.

To solve this problem Dr. Serrano shows us by a formula how “easy” is to create a pattern demand of bicycles in order to foresee where the bicycle carriers have to go; instead of checking online which are full/empty and send vans.

This is another example that, how he taught us, is not a matter of money but of good process.
