When I went to Paris I remembered what Alejandro Serrano said in his conference about losing time in entering and exiting to different places. I could noticed when I went up to the Tour Eiffel that they have good logistics even if they have almost almost 7 million visitors a year and it takes a while to get up to the top.
First of all they have two elevators at the second floor, which helps a little with the long cues. The thing that I noticed the most was that they had one place for people to enter the elevator and one place for people to exit, this makes it easier and the line goes faster.
(the quality of the video is not excellent but there was a big crowd)
